Thank you for visiting my website. To tell you a little bit about myself, I am a former journalist, technical writer and library director. Now, I write nonfiction and fiction for both children and adult readers.
In addition to writing, I give presentations to audiences of all ages about how a handful of people worked together to save the American bison from extinction. For young people, I have a collection of bones, hides, skulls and other artifacts to make the program educational and entertaining.
I graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with a degree in Communications and the University of Oklahoma with a Masters in Library and Information Studies.
Being outdoors is what I enjoy most in the world. My husband and I like to do everything from golfing to mushroom hunting to fishing and hiking. I look forward to hearing from you.
