About Me

I am a former journalist, library director and currently an author working on an intriguing ghostwriting project.

As a journalist, I covered the San Diego City Council meetings for a wire service and then worked at a small weekly. Later I fell into the world of libraries. I served as a children's librarian, public library consultant for a state library and, lastly, as a library director for one of the fastest growing cities in Oklahoma.

I began writing part time several years ago and now I am writing full time.

I graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with a degree in Communications.  I am also a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Masters in Library and Information Studies.
